mha were employed by Belfast City Council in conjunction with Billy Murray, Prokick Gym, Belfast to re-locate their existing mixed martial arts boxing club into an existing warehouse building on Laburnum Street, Belfast involving boxing ring on first floor with new gym, reception and changing facilities on ground floor.
mha used as much as possible of the existing building fabric such as brickwork and steelwork. Where the boxing ring is located, we maximised the amount of natural light and ventilation with strategically placed glazing.
