mha were appointed by Dungannon & South Tyrone Borough Council in 2002 to add an extensive new build extension to an existing dilapidated pavilion. The new build design included a sports hall, community meeting space, gym, changing facilities and a childcare room.

mha carried out the design of a new entranceway and porch together with the provision of a MUGA (multi use games area) as part of Phase 2 works.
