mha were appointed by Mid Ulster District Council to undertake a refurbishment of Moneymore Recreation Centre.  The scheme was to adapt and fitout the existing vacant first floor to include meeting/conference facilities, multi-use hall, kitchen and w.c facilities.  Portions of the buildings fabric was improved/replaced to achieve mandatory thermal and acoustic requirements.  The scheme also allowed for a new staircase, platform lift and renovation of sports hall.
