mha were appointed by Rosemount & District Welfare Rights Group to demolish an existing community centre and replace with a ‘state of the art’ 2 storey, 750m2 new community centre inclusive of after school club, creche, reception, offices, kitchen/dining, w.c’s, disabled w.c and  staff changing areas on ground floor. First floor consisted of teaching/IT space snooker hall, office accommodation and w.c facilities.
